Pipe lifting systems enable inspection and corrosion prevention maintenance on multiple pipe touch points whilst the lines are on-stream and averts costly plant shutdowns or extended turnarounds.

We work with your plant maintenance contractor to engineer a safe lifting solution, providing clearance between the pipe and the entire top section of the pipe support whilst the lines are in-service.

This gives free access at the pipe touchpoints to conduct maintenance in a single step. Our systems achieve lifting heights of up to 6” (project specific for greater heights), ideal to perform NDT, maintenance or improvements.

Lifting is done remotely using hydraulic rams to avoid personnel exposure and risks. The lift is then vertically secured, declared a static structure (rather than a suspended load) and therefore safe to conduct work underneath.

Your solution is adapted to specific regulations applicable to your jurisdiction and plant environment and we are effective advocates for safe, cost-effective operations on on-stream lines.

3 Lifting Tools based on a common Patented Tech Platform:

Mega-Jack

The Mega-Jack is our heavy lift tool for larger single or multiple industrial pipes. It lifts 44,000 lbs (20 tons) or more from a single support beam.

44,000 lb / 20mt lifting capacity per support. Ideal for big lifts from ground-level supports, and is unique in this capability. Cranes are an option but at much greater cost and operational risks.

Multi-Jack

The Multi-Jack is our medium-lift tool which can lift 22,000 lbs (10 tons) or more from a single support beam.

22,000 lb / 10mt lifting capacity, easy to handle and deploy for lifting single or multiple pipes across a pipe rack. This tool is unique in this capability.

Uni-Jack

The Uni-Jack is our lightweight lifting tool for smaller individual pipes and has a 3,300 lbs (1.5 ton) lifting capacity.

2,200 lb / 1mt lifting capacity, easiest to handle and designed for lifting of single (smaller) pipes from pipe racks or ground supports.
